About

MontereyCo.Recovers.org is monitored by multiple organizations and agencies to help meet the needs of the community members throughout the county. It is currently being managed by Community Emergency Response Volunteers of the Monterey Peninsula, a local non-profit. CERV's mission is to support CERT (community emergency response team) programs and promote PERT (personal emergency response training). We value everyone's participation in building our community's resilience together.

CBDIO offers direct services and resource navigation support to the community, especially in indigenous languages such as Mixteco de Oaxaca and Guerrero, Triqui, and Chatino. We have a focus on workers' rights, language access rights with healthcare and social services programs, and navigation assistance with eligibility and enrollment for public programs.
